Red Rye Ale
The Red Rye Ale is 6.5 ABV. The head is cream in color and the beer has the aroma of baked biscuits, your palate will recognize the taste of the Rye malt that tastes like caraway or pumpernickel seeds. The hops add a bite of dry bitter taste at the end.
When drinking our Amber Ale, you will taste a hint of caramel – sweet and spice. It is medium in color with a ABV of 5.5 with a clear body. The head smells of toasted malt and is smooth and creamy to drink.
Our Pale Ale is crisp and light with a ABV of 5.5. We use Simco and Citra hops for flavor. In the winter or summer this pale Ale will be one of your favorites.
India Pale Ale
Left Turn Only IPA. This is the only beer that has a name. When you come to the brewery you will understand the name of this IPA.
Dry Hopped Pale Ale
We use Citra and Warrior Hops in the boil and Mosaic in the fermenter when brewing our Dry Hopped Ale, you will taste all of the varieties of hops very distinctly. This is a bitter and light beer with notes of caramel. The ABV is 6.1.
This Smoked Porter is one of our favorites and we have been brewing for a long time. You will taste the smoke flavor all the way through since we smoke the grain using cherry wood for this beer. The ABV is 7.5.
We make 6 stout beers and one is always on our tap. One of our stouts is made with bourbon, vanilla bean, and coco nibs. Sometimes we put one of our stouts on NITRO. The ABV is 9.0 and if it is an Imperial Stout it has a ABV of 12% or more.
